The Summer in review

This summer I was able to go camping, boating and fishing more than I have in years. It was really fun. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if the boys would have been able to join us for a trip or two. If I have the count right, I caught like 10 fish this year. It might not seem like much to avid fishermen but for someone who hasn't caught 10 fish in the last 10 years, it is a major achievement. I am hoping next year will be better.

The house is still up in the air. I am hoping this gets resolved here pretty quick so we can know when we are moving and I can officially change my address on my license to Springs.

Gomer hasn't been feeling well and had to visit the vet. Still waiting on results of his blood work. He is on some antibiotics for now.

Ben is still being himself which I can't complain about - I enjoy him.

The boys are back in school - Ronny in college and Trevor a junior in high school.

I am looking forward to the changes that are coming my way both at work and at home. Time will tell where things ultimately end up.

We are heading to Florida on the 10th and I can't wait to venture thru the many cities, towns and states on our drive. I am anxious to meet a few more of Ben's friends and of course see this great big body of water referred to as the Atlantic. Planning on going to Daytona and Coco Beaches. Should be fun.
